Nik Middleton: Nik and his company (Noble) has nearly five years of experience deploying Asterisk based telephony installations. The last two years have seen the company deploy a significant number of call centre solutions (ViciDial). The company’s customers are primarily businesses, and Noble provide a full service solution, from supplying the phone lines that carry the broadband all of the way through to call termination. This means that Noble can manage the full end to end solution, so in the event of a problem, there’s only one company to call. Noble’s London based switches now handle millions of calls.
